ALED is a fantastic shop. I’m traveling and needed to get my RV in for diagnostic testing. I’d called the night before and Rob, their RV service manger, had me in at 8AM the next morning. One of their techs (unfortunately, I forgot to get his name) was on it immediately. It turned out that it might be a warranty repair from a shop in Utah that had worked on the same issue. Rob called that shop to get details. I’ve worked in technical service related positions, and was impressed with the level of customer care, professionalism, technical expertise and clear communication from ALED staff. I waited for the work to be done on my RV and witnessed the same excellence with the car service mangers. I recommend this shop without question.
